I am heading to New York tomorrow for a conference for my real job, so I am posting early this week and I’ll be quick cuz I’ve got to get to bed!
Blueberries will really be here next month, but I just needed some blueberry muffins so we got them from TJ’s and I’ve included not one, but two! BLUEBERRY MUFFIN recipes, one FOR COMPANY, one, BASIC, for everyday. But strawberries are here, in force. I really liked this GREEN SALAD WITH STRAWBERRY DRESSING a lot, and it seemed to go over well at the lunch I brought it to. A good balance of textures and sweet/salty/sour.
